YOUR PEDIATRICIAN MISSES YOU! It is difficult to believe that a virus, which we see all the time in kids both big and small, could result in seeing less of you in the office. This is exactly what has happened though. We are used to helping families with illness and difficult times and yet our offices have become quiet and the phones have stopped ringing. We want you to know that we are here for you. We want to talk with you about any of the problems you are having related to this virus or anything else. Your pediatrician is ready and waiting to do your school/sports physical, keep you up to date on your vaccines, treat that pesky wart or just talk about things that have been bothering you.
It is normal to feel a bit of anxiety when thinking about coming back to a place that treats illness at this time. We are very well prepared and safety is our top priority. We know all about prevention and keeping kids healthy and that is what we continue to do. Our offices are clean and safe to come into. We have taken all precautions to make sure no one gets exposed to anything while in our care. Pediatricians have always known how to keep children safe and this is no exception. It is our specialty!
We have many options to help you during this time whether it is on the phone, video visit or in our office spaces. We want to make sure that children continue to be well and do not prolong the care they need to keep them that way. This applies to physical and mental well-being.
So pick up the phone, sign into the website or use that app on your device to reach out and touch base with your pediatrician. We are all waiting to hear from you and ready to help you through whatever it is that you need at this time or anytime.
